Error while updating apps in play store

Hi, after installing the new software android 12 and UI 4, getting errors while downloading new apps or updating the current apps , saying can't install and the app will remain in the queue without updating , I am in UAE and faced the problem twice in November and December.  Service center requested me to do back up and re install the old software UI 3.1 with android 11 and wait for the issue to be fixed , then in December they released the new update but still having the same issue with me , what could be the solution??!! #s21 #playstore
