FOLD 3 SCREEN PROBLEM

I am using my Fold 3 about last 1.5 years and I use the phone very professionally. But after update on 19th July 2023 my Fold screen got off permanently. When I went to service centre then they told me that your screen has damaged and need to replace it. They ( Service centre) told that the cost of replacing the same is Rs. 33500/-. But my question is why should I pay if screen got off after Samsung Update?
