My z fold 4 unexpectedly lost its big screen just within 1 year and few months.

I am using z fold 4 for past 1 year and that too without any problem. But yesterday my phone all at once lost its big screen. A black line has occurred all through its hinge area. This is something unexpected as this happened while openening the phone. This issue must be resolved as after paying such huge amount for a trusted brand product such things happening is very hurtful. I am looking forward to samsung help and r&d, How can samsung help me here! Moreover the touch features of the big screen are not working with fingers, only sPen works on the screen now. Kindly get me out of this trouble. Such a waste of money if this problem is not resolved.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace /repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Power OFF Galaxy smartphones and turn ON-
To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off.
