The inner screen of my Samsung Z-Fold 3 phone has developed thick black line at the centre of fold and the right screen has become unresponsive. This has happened exactly 1 year 5 months from the date of purchase. The phone + pen was for around Rs 1.6 Lakhs ( Rs 160,000/-).
I went to service centre. It gave me a budget of Rs 52,800/- for repair. Shocked at the exorbitant price.
Wasted 1.6 lakh rupees. Switched from apple! Now i am regreting my decision.
You should never ever buy any folding phone. It's only made for creating brand vibe. Otherwise, its a useless. A normal phone is much much much better than those. I know you love foldings...❤

I have done everything. They are saying just call z fold customer care , or visit our service centre . I had done everything. Samsung has no solution. They launch there products without any research. Thousands of z folds are facing display issue i.e - thick black line at the centre of inner screen, at foldable site , after 1 year of usage.
Worst customer support and devices, I will recommend all my friends and family members - never buy unrelaible, expensive Samsung products. # wasted 1.6 lakhs #Samung unrelaible z fold series.
