I wanted to draw attention towards the situation I'm going through after the purchase of Samsung Galaxy Flip 6 phone purchased on 24.08.2024.
I have ran the latest security update on my Z Flip 6 phone on 19.09.2024. First the main screen froze. Then I closed the phone. After I opened it the main screen was black. NO response. My touch is working but display is not coming. I did a soft reset of the phone (holding switch on button and volume down). After this only the outer screen came on. The outer screen is working absolutely fine and I make and recieve calls, take selfies, use the apps, play video, audio etc. Even the main screen touch is responding but the display is not coming. I have contacted my nearby Authorised Samsung customer service centre and they kept my phone for two days . First they said they will rewire and see if the main screen reworks, they assured that there is no Customer Induced Damage and the if module repair is necessary it would come under warranty. Later they said the entire Main screen display module has to be changed and that too cant be covered in Warranty. They have quoted me ₹ 25,200/- to repair it.
This is absolutely unprofessional from Samsung. It's awful. I'am absolutely helpless at this point. I feel deceived and cheated. One moment my phone was working, the next moment it was not and they are saying they can't repair it under warranty. I have gone through worst customer experience, the service centre people didn't even bother to update me once on the status in these two days...
I am a working professional and had faced very tough time in these 2 days.. I went to service center 2-3 times a day to get an update but was still unable to get the update from them..I tried calling multiple times , they didn't respond my call nor gave a callback, at the end of the 2nd day I went their to check the status, they result was not positive ..
This was my first Samsung purchase and I am not happy at all
Kindly see to it ..THopefully waiting for postive revert from samsung.

Galaxy Z Flip | Galaxy Z FoldEither tell them to replace it or take a legal action! They can't deny replacing the motherboard, that's what warrenty is for! These guys have done the same thing with me for the fold series saying hinge is bent and all sort of nonsense because they didn't want to replace the part!
