SAMSUNG galaxy Z FLIP 3 After open Black screen

Hello guys, i have been facing After opening my Samsung flip 3 its completely blacks out no screen but touch is working after 3 to 4 power button presses its showing screen its after a recent update but some forum says its a hinge sensor issue & so much Flip users having this ISSUE very bad from samsung we invested big amount in this but Now we are facing a big problem, Please anyone tell Does samsung service centre will Resolve this issue Freely, Is it Hardware or Software issue ? , How much does they charge if it have to resolved .
