Galaxy Z Flip | Galaxy Z FoldZ FOLD BEING YOUR FLAGSHIP PHONE WITH A PRICE TAG OF THAT SORT BUT YOUR CC SERVICE NOT OF THAT GRADE.HAVING INBUILT ISSUES WITH ESPECIALLY THE BIG SCREEN YOU ASK YOUR CUSTOMER TO PAY 1/3rd OF THE PRICE OF PHONE IN MATTER OF ONE AND HALF YEAR,WHY?FROM DAY ONE RGDS TO SCREEN GUARD AND THAN EXTENDING WARRANTY,I AM HAVING ISSUES.ABOVE ALL YOUR CEO DESK TEAM IS VERY DECEITFUL AND HAS FALSIFIED APPROACH.PUSHING ITS LIES ON OTHER TEAMS AND EVEN THE CUSTOMER,NOT ASHAMED EVEN TO POST MAILS IN THAT RGDS.YOUR SERVICE HEAD TEAM CALLING CUSTOMER AND PUSHING ON THE CUSTOMER SOME LIES PASTED ON YOUR SYSTEM DETAILS BY CEO DESK, INDIA WITHOUT ASSESSING THE TRAILING MAILS AND THAN SENDING MAIL IN THAT RGDS TO A CORPORATE FRIEND OF MINE.SOME CUSTOMERS OF YOURS OFFERED A DISCOUNT ON REPAIRS WHILE I AM BEING GO ROUND AND ROUND WITH ALL FALSIFIED APPROACHES,WHY?MY PHONE REMAINS IDLE IN PRESENT STATE FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS BECAUSE OF THE PATHETIC APPROACH BY SAMSUNG TEAM.MY LOYALTY PAID FOR ALL THIS YEARS AND A DESPERATELY WRONG DECISION TO BUY THIS SAID PHONE INSTEAD OF A IPHONE.
