sensors are not working in Samsung s8

Recently I'll upgraded my galaxy s8 andriod 8 to 9. When I'll after finishing the update, The sensors are not working eg. (Proximity, accelerometer, Gyroscope, etc... 
Is there any solution for that?

As far as I know, the sensors off feature is in the developer options of Android 10 and it works the same, please check it once in developer settings.

Yes, that's what I said, this is supossed to be in Android 10 and not in Android 9. But how did you get to know that the sensors are not working?

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check device in Safe Mode.
a. Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.
b. Press and hold the power off icon.
To exit safe mode just restart your device.

you can check for that by dialling *#0*# then select "sensor" and then on "selftest" it should show "Pass" in green color after self test. if it shows pass means your sensor are working as much as I know.
