15W. Best to use Samsung's official charger that you get with the phone, and Xiaomi power bank is a good option for fast charging when on the move. it supports 15W output.

Guys, S10 series does NOT support 25W, only S10 5G supports 25W. S10e, S10 and S10+ charge at 15W.

s10 supports max 15w charging. Yes you can use other charger (especially the older Samsung charger). Other chargers you can use but that won't make any difference. Plus using fast chargers with diffrent tech like oneplus's warp charger may damage your battery a bit.
