Disappointed and Done with Samsung Forever

I’ve been a loyal Samsung user for the past 15 years, and so has my entire family — but this Galaxy S24 Ultra experience has completely shattered our trust.

I bought the S24 Ultra with my hard-earned money, expecting a true flagship experience. But out of nowhere, fast charging has completely stopped working. No drops, no water exposure, no physical damage. The same charger works perfectly on another S24 Ultra, but mine now charges painfully slow.

This is absolutely unacceptable for a premium phone.

And to make things worse, we're still waiting for the One UI 7 update, while other brands are moving ahead with fast and stable updates. Samsung's software rollout has become painfully slow and unresponsive.

I’m done. This is my last Samsung phone — forever.
Not just me, my entire family will be switching to other brands like Apple, OnePlus, or Xiaomi. After this experience, we’ve completely lost faith in Samsung’s quality, support, and reliability.

We deserve better.

We would like to inform you that Android 15 (UI 7) will be initially available for the S24 model, scheduled for release around the end of April 2025. Other devices will follow shortly thereafter.

To stay updated on the upcoming release, we encourage you to keep an eye on notifications through the Samsung Members application.

Please note that the schedule may be subject to change if any issues arise during the transition of the update.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
