s7 edge Nougat don't show any network

after update my another s7 edge to N 7.0 i can't find any wifi network 😡 and now i can't connect to the Internet

and i do factory rest but didn't fix it

The wifi won't display search results and connect to networks, unless I turn on the flight mode and then turn on the wifi under the flight mode, then I can turn off the flight mode to use both cellular network and wifi network
"THE SAME PROBLEM IN SAFE MODE TOO"
I have to repeat these steps every time I have to use wifi connection

1- go to wifi screen in settings
2- turn on flight mode from notification center
3- after that turn on wifi from notification center too
4- now you can found networks.

I haven't experienced any of these problem since i updated to nougat. My s7e just works perfectly fine
