Sign into your Skype account and find 'backup contacts'. This will create an export file containing your contacts. Choose the destination to your device memory for saving the contact export file. (give it a name also)
Then,
>open your contacts app (from the appscreen/menu itself)
>Click 'Manage contacts 'from the side menu
>Import or export contacts
>Import
>Choose (from) device storage
>Choose the exported file
>To (Your desired location).

>Choose the exported file
>To (Your desired location).
