Lost "Synchronise contacts" option in Google account

Hi all, I deleted and created again a Google account on my Galaxy S7 edge, but as a result, I lost some synchronize options, like for instance "Synchronise contacts". They don't appear in account parameters anymore.

Result : I have no single contact on my phone anymore (although still available on my gmail account), impossible to synchronise gmail contacts.

For information, I have Android 7.0.

Any idea how to restore "Synchronise contacts" option ? Or at least, manually import contacts on the phone (from gmail), as a temporary workaround ?

Thanks !
