issue with the phone

hey, I'm having issue with the phone app. when ever i try to make a call my phone switches off the SIM. currently I'm using another software but i dont like it. is there any way to fix it.

try clearing phone app cache and data or try phone reset to factory setting.... first option might solve the issue
