To Samsung Customer Support,
Greetings,
I am writing to you regarding a problem I am experiencing on my S23 Ultra phone. I am unable to install the Snapchat app. When I try to install from the App Store, a message appears stating that the app is already installed on the device, but I cannot find it in the app list at all.
I have tried restarting the device and manually searching for the app several times, but to no avail. This problem has been ongoing for a long time and has significantly impacted my phone usage, especially since I rely on Snapchat for communication and creating engaging visual content.
I ask that you help me as soon as possible to resolve this issue and restore my ability to use the Snapchat app on my device. I desperately need it to complete my daily tasks and produce creative content.
I look forward to your response and resolution of this issue as soon as possible.
Sincerely,

You can try these ways first go to settings>apps>and search for Snapchat if you can't find it that means you did not downloaded it second way is just get the apk file from the Internet and then install it or if it says update just press update

Then you have to go with the advanced method. You will need a pc in the pc install adb control and connect your phone with your pc. Make sure USB debugging in on. Then find Snapchat and uninstall Snapchat and if that does not work reset your phone 🫡
