After the recent software update I'm unable to update outdated apps or install new apps from PlayStore. Tried clearing data and cache or Play Store and Play Services. Restarted the device. Nothing seems to be fixing this issue. Any solutions fam?

I've responded to another post with similar issue, pasting my response here maybe it'll help you.

I've been having the same issue with my S22 Ultra since the last update, and after trying many options here's host I got it resolved :

- go to settings in the phone
- tap Security and privacy
- app security, then app protection
- go the three dots for the app protection settings
- disable the 'Auto scan when installing apps' option

This should work, but I hope Samsung addresses this to reduce the risks of installing bad apps, so just be careful afterwards or re-enable get your updated all your apps maybe it'll work again, I haven't tested that yet.
Good luck!

Hello. Sorry to hear this. I've been seeing this issue randomly with updates from the Google Play Store too [S22 Ultra]. I'm not sure why it's happening.

If you simply close the notice [choose understood] and retry the update while keeping the Play Store open, your updates should work.

Hopefully, this will be addressed soon [I'm guessing, by Google].
