The sound quality during a phone call could be affected by audio-related components, the network signal quality and other factors. If the sound during a phone call is abnormal, perform the following to troubleshooting steps:

1. Check if there are any foreign objects blocking the sound output holes of the microphone, speaker and receiver.
Check if the protective case or film is blocking the audio output holes. If the audio output holes are dirty or blocked, use a soft brush to clean them.

2. Check if the signal of the phone is normal
If the signal is abnormal, the call quality will be affected. In this case, note that the phone has an unstable signal.

3. Reset all the settings and try again
Note that resetting all your settings will not delete any data from your Galaxy Device

Check if your carrier covers the area you are in

If you experience poor sound quality in certain areas or locations, it may be due to a weak signal on your device. Check that your carrier provides consistent mobile network coverage in your area.

-Inspect the SIM card
-Force restart your device: force reboots your device by pressing and holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for more than 7 seconds and your device will reboot..
