i am getting continuous popup with error "ims service stopped working" after getting latest OTA updat. software was reindtalled b7t issue persists. customer care informed me that i need to wait for next software update for the issue to get resolved. phone is practically useless now. what should i do ?

change your default messaging app from to some other messaging app...like true caller message or google message

thank you so much mr khan. that stopped the popup when i switched to facebook messenger as default sms app. guess the users know more about the phones than the stupid service center . thanks again for the help
