How to switch on the voLTE option on Galaxy s7 Edge when it I not there in call settings or anywhere on the phone. This is a phone bought from dubai and is an international version and I am unable to make VoLTE calls because it seems the csc doesn't match with where I am living right now (India). Please assist.

Insert jio Sim, go to call settings, more then you have to enable Volte option

on Google please have solved the problem by upgrading the firmware to Indian version. Samsung is now not bothered since you have already bought the phone. Samsung can provide the upgrade but they won't. Samsung customer care service is hopeless.
