Yono SBI registration problem with e sim

So I have two sims in my device sim 1 is my secondary and the primary one is in esim 1 slot. Now, after recent update to the yono sbi app I am unable to register from my primary sim that is in esim slot as yono app is not showing any option other than sim 1.
If you have any solutions please help.

PS: I have tries disabling sim 1 from dual sim settings but still it is showing only sim 1 option.

It's not device issue, it's your YONO application issue brother...
Some times YONO's server goes off...

Reinstall YONO and put your registered SIM in first slot then try for registration... 👍

If the registered mobile number number is on an eSIM, you cannot insert it in SIM slot 1, your answer is impractical.

Dear, this issue may be solved easily by registering complaint in the yono customer service..Recently, this type of problems have been made in respect of Yono. THX

Do you really think this government bank will take it's time to get eSIM activation? It's been 1 year I've switched back to Physical Sim but problem is i have Galaxy Watch and it requires eSIM so this is very frustrating.

I have already complained SBI Yono customer executive many times and also sent several mails since April 23 but no resolution till date 😢
