Work profile email notification issue

Post I upgraded to Android 13, I'm unable to get email notifications from work profile, while I'm getting notifications from personal profile emails. Have checked all the setting in both profiles, no changes are made bit still not getting email notifications from work profile, only when I open the mail box of work profile all the emails are getting synced.

I had the same issue and got it resolved by resetting all the settings for the apps , and in notification settings check the option how many notifications to be shown 3 or 5 or all. Select all.
