Hello,

I'm currently experiencing an issue where I'm unable to remove certain notifications from the notification bar after updating to One UI 7. Previously, on One UI 6.1, I was able to dismiss these notifications without any problem.

These notifications are related to a work profile, and even after disabling notifications for the specific app, they continue to appear and cannot be cleared.

Is there a known solution or workaround for this in One UI 7?

Attached a video for reference

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we would like to inform you that In the One UI 7, Notifications for ‘ongoing events’ such as voice recordings were not being cleared when the Clear button was pressed.

However, with One UI 7, these notifications are indeed removed upon pressing the Clear button.

Functionality has not been turned off, only the notifications have been eliminated.

* Examples of ongoing event: voice recording, Timer, Stopwatch, Workout notification in Samsung health

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

Thank you for your feedback. In previous 1UI 6.1 versions, background processes allowed removal of these persistent notifications. However, in the current version, these notifications remain in the notification panel, causing visual clutter and user frustration. The attached video demonstrates the removal of other notifications, highlighting this issue. Please advise on a resolution.
