As per your concern kindly perform the following steps to set wi-fi calling on your device:
Settings> Connections> Wi-Fi Calling>Turn on Wi-Fi Calling> Wi-Fi Calling feature has been turned on.
Enable Wi-Fi calling feature via Notification panel: Home screen to open notification panel> Turn on Wi-Fi Calling> Wi-Fi Calling feature has been turned on.
Enable Wi-Fi calling feature via Phone App: Phone>Menu> Settings> Turn on Wi-Fi Calling> Wi-Fi Calling feature has been turned on.
If the issue still persists kindly report the problems of your Samsung smartphone with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
