As per your concern kindly perform the following steps to set wi-fi calling on your device: Settings> Connections> Wi-Fi Calling>Turn on Wi-Fi Calling> Wi-Fi Calling feature has been turned on.
Enable Wi-Fi calling feature via Notification panel: Home screen to open notification panel> Turn on Wi-Fi Calling> Wi-Fi Calling feature has been turned on.
Enable Wi-Fi calling feature via Phone App: Phone>Menu> Settings> Turn on Wi-Fi Calling> Wi-Fi Calling feature has been turned on.
