Airtel alert sim toolkit app opens when call comes

After updating to One UI 7 on my Galaxy S24 Ultra, I’m facing a recurring issue where the SIM Toolkit app (specifically for Airtel) opens automatically every time a call comes in or ends. It shows a “Hello Tunes” or VAS prompt and does not close until I manually tap “End Session.”

This issue started only after the One UI 7 update. It wasn’t happening before. I’ve already tried:
Resetting network and SIM settings and full phone too
Turning off SIM Toolkit notifications (not allowed)
Checking for latest updates
Despite all this, the SIM Toolkit app keeps launching during calls. Please investigate if this is a compatibility bug with One UI 7 handling SIM Toolkit/flash messages. A toggle to suppress such proactive SIM prompts would be very helpful.

Even with one SIM inserted, One UI 7 is initializing dual SIM Toolkit processes. This seems to be triggering Airtel’s Hello Tune session after each call. Please investigate if SIM handling has changed in One UI 7
