Wifi and android 10

Hi, sorry for my English 😅 Since I updated my s9+ for android 10 someone's apps aren't working in Wifi, just 3G. For example, iFood, Tinder, Google Drive, even Samsung Members. I already tried updated the apps, the system, make a factory data reset but nothing work. Can someone help?
