Hi,
This is extremely frustrating. It has been a month that some of my apps have stopped working when the phone is latched to WiFi and they only work when the Phone is in Mobile Data.

I have also tried the Wipe Partition Cache. But no use of doing that. I reset the network. Also no luck with that.

I have read this is a problem in the Samsung phones and believe me this is a sort of an Achilles Heal. The support team is also not helping me in any way.

This is so frustrating. I believe this will finally make me leave Samsung and eventually migrate to other more stable Android Phones.

Regards

Try these steps, setting, connections, data usage, and allowed networks for apps. 1744297017237.jpg

This is also done.

Let me tell you what are done.

1. Wipe partition cache
2. Reset Network settings
3. Reset WiFi
4. Apps. All are having setting of WiFi Or Mobile
5. Reboot phone.
6. Update software.

All done.

The customer support is non responsive.

Check if the same apps are working on another Wi-Fi connection. I am having the same issue with my Wi-Fi.

Well. Let me tell you this also. Very interesting. Yes they start working on other WiFi but after a time they stop. They even start working with my WiFi after I reset the home access gateway momentarily. But then they stop working after an hour. So you have to be patient for the fault to reoroduce when you connect another WiFi.

Bro check if it's working with other wifi connections or not if not best to do a factory reset after doing a full backup of your device to avoid any loss of data

Dear Fahad. Please check the reply above. I have mentioned. The problem is serious and Samsung is not delivering a patch. If this is such a generic issue the company should provide a fix or a patch. This is highly irresponsible.

I agree it would need a patch if this was a widespread issue, but i haven't come across any forums discussing this specific issue, though. And none of my devices are facing the same. The issue could be either from your ISP or perhaps something that went wrong in the device firmware. So, my advice would be to do a factory reset after backup. But before that try changing your ISP

There are many forums discussing this. This is a major problem in Samsung phones. Makes it look extremely primitive.
