Hi Team I recently bought a Samsung S24+ and many apps doesn't work on my wifi connection. However it works on my mobile data. It's frustrating as everytime we need to switch between WiFi and Mobile data. Kindly assist.

Switch off data connection and check if any of the apps are working with WiFi. If none of them are connecting mean issue is with WiFi.

Hi Zammi few apps work on wifi and few doesn't.

Here are a few steps you can take to try and resolve the problem:

1. Restart your phone

2. Forget and reconnect to Wi-Fi network

3. Make sure that your Wi-Fi settings are configured correctly. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, then tap on the settings icon next to your Wi-Fi network. Ensure that "Connect automatically" is enabled and that your phone is set to obtain an IP address automatically.

4. Ensure that your phone's software is up to date. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.

5. If the issue persists, you can try resetting your phone's network settings. Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
