Dear Samsung Support, 

Bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE (Exynos Variant) Despite the fact that my device supports Widevine CDM at Security Level L1, it is currently showing as L3. As you are aware, this results in limitations such as not being able to stream HD content from platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as updating my device to the latest software, clearing cache, and restarting, but the issue persists.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this problem at the earliest. If there are any steps I need to follow or updates that need to be installed, please let me know.

Do not buy a Samsung phone. My S22 has a green line issue after an update after 4 days.

As per your query, we request you kindly share the log file. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to further investigate and resolve this issue.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
