Galaxy SHi all,
I have the Galaxy S24 Ultra and Whatspp is working fine to send/receive messages and calls.
However when I try to create a group, link to a device or some elements in the Settings menu it crashes. I already cleared the cache, reinstall the app, try in my old phone (works fine) and the problem persist.
Looks like a phone issue.

Galaxy SSince you've already cleared the cache and reinstalled the app with no success, here are a few additional steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Go to Settings > Software Update and ensure your device is running the latest version. Updates can often fix bugs and improve app compatibility.
- Open the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store, search for WhatsApp, and check if there is an update available. Installing the latest version might resolve compatibility issues.
- Boot your device into Safe Mode to check if the issue persists. Safe Mode disables third-party apps and can help determine if the problem is caused by an app conflict.
Power off your device.
Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons until the Samsung logo appears.
Release the Power button while continuing to hold the Volume Down button until the device starts in Safe Mode.
Test WhatsApp functionality in Safe Mode. To exit Safe Mode, restart your device.
