Hi everyone, I clicked "reset the app preferences" yesterday and it missed up my phone now the phone started lagging and alot of problems appeared for example heating crashing apps and whatsapp does not show contact names anymore even tho I gave whatsapp all the permissions. So don't reset the app preferences.
