Hey, I have this recurring issue where my Galaxy S9+ shows video recording failed error. This is true for my Camera app, Instagram recording and Snapchat. My conclusion is that one of my apps is using the microphone in the background and I want to know which one it is. All help is appreciated. Thank you.

close all other apps that perform camera functions and try....or reset your device

Hey I did that for both microphone and camera but no avail. I'm keeping Reset as the last option because I have lot of data which cannot be backed up.

1) Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset App Preference.
2) Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.
4)Run the device in the safe mode.
If issue still persists, Kindly provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback via Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app> BETA feedback>Sendfeedback>Error report>Collect log files>attach.
