S23 Ultra Video Recording Problem with 10X Lense after second Last Update

Facing Video Recording Problem with 10X Zoom Lense When i Lift Camera Angel Upside or Down Side in 10X Mode. During Video Recording Stabilisation Seems Good But After Stop Recording Recorded Video is Shaking.

But

If i Turn OFF Stabilisation option then Recorded Video is Stable.

I thing EIS Problem with 10X Zoom Lense. 

Future i Join ONE UI 6.0 But Same Problem Happened .

I Withdraw and Downgrade to Android 13 but Problem Not Solved.

Please Find Attached Video Recording Screen Recording. 

Note - Send Error Report Never Waring

its a bug in the EIS, maybe screen record and share it with the customer helpline
or better yet, take it to the service centre
