Vertical Lines on screen after software update

Update on my post on November 2023(Screenshot attached)

On 14-Oct-2024 Green line appeared on my S21 FE(already replaced screen on Nov 2023) after Updating on 12-OCT-2024. 

Unfortunately I bought an S23 also 7 months back. Awaiting camera quality degradation and green lines on upcoming software updates. Anyway that day will be my last day with Samsung family as a samsung user.

From 2014 onwards, I was buying all Galaxy S odd series.

You guys are cheating us.

This problem not only with the s23 .I'm also facing the same issue in my phone samsung m52 5g.

They had told out of warranty and returned. Next what is your opinion!!!

Dear Samsung, you guys released October month security patch update and after the update there is green vertical line on my S23, and poor response from customer service that I need to pay 12500 for display change. What the hell is ongoing? Indias number 1 selling brand don't have any responsibility?

I have just replaced my screen (S21 FE) free of cost. They will charge only for the labour (₹502 - ₹475 + GST)

Please go to your near Samsung service center if you have also affected by the green/pink/white line issues.

They have extended the free screen replacement program till the end of December 2024.

Update: After so much of negotiations, my screen got replaced by Samsung.
Even after rejecting my claim by samsung service centre at Kollam City, Samsung Customer Care backed me and get it replaced for a nominal service charge only. Thank you team...
