Software update information

Hello, I am using the Galaxy S22 Ultra, and I recently updated my device to the latest software version (One UI 6.1, Android 14, Build number: S908EXXSCEYC1). Two days after the update, I noticed two vertical green lines on my display. These lines were not present before the update. I have been using this phone for almost 3 years without facing any issues. This problem appeared only after the recent update. The phone has never been dropped or exposed to water, and there is no physical damage. I believe this issue may have been caused by the update, as I have seen other users facing the same problem online. If this is a known issue, I hope Samsung can provide support, even if the warranty has expired."

They have announced the free replacement for S22 Ultra. Directly go to the service center and submit the mobile with in 4days they will fix the display with free of cost. If they are not accepting. Submit your problem on X(Twitter) and tag samsung. And raise the complaint to Consumers form through the online. Believe me it will work. I have done this.
