Galaxy SThank you for your response and for sharing the troubleshooting steps.
However, I must express my disappointment. I am not using a budget phone β this is a premium, high-end Samsung device, and it is quite surprising to be advised to limit features like connectivity, screen brightness, or gaming, just to avoid heating or performance issues. These are basic expectations from any modern smartphone, especially one in the premium segment.
We invest in premium devices expecting top-tier performance and reliability, not constant manual optimization or compromises. It's unfortunate that despite paying a significant amount, we are still advised to manage the device like a low-end model.
Most of the steps you've suggested have already been tried, and the issue still persists. I request that this matter be escalated and handled with the seriousness it deserves. A premium device should come with premium support and performance.
Looking forward to a more effective resolution.
Best regards,
VSK
