Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update maybe fix it by Samsung team soon. Please file a complaint with Samsung customer support through the Samsung Members App, including the error report and log files related to this issue. If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file.
