I received one ui 7 update but still I didn't receive may security patch and there is somany bugs in. One ui 7 in my s21fe over heating and battery drain and ther is some security alert also recieved some apps not working properly and getting so lagg 
I raised complaint so many times but there is no response I still facing so many issues kindly please solve my problem 
And please understand my concern

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Please go to main page of Samsung Members App, click on support, click feedback, click error report then follow instructions on screen. Log files automatically send by system immediately after send error report but don't close Samsung Members App during this process till complete. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

We are doing our best to deliver the security patches, the delivery time of security patches may vary depending on the regions and models.

As you are facing multiple issues with your device, we kindly ask you to share the log file with us. Additionally, if you have any video clips or images that illustrate the problem, it would greatly enhance our understanding.

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
