My phone was purchased on January 7, 2021, and I am aware that the green line replacement policy officially covers devices within 3 years. However, I am only a few months beyond this window, and I have taken excellent care of my device — there is no physical or water damage, and this issue appeared after a recent software update, not due to misuse.
