Check Motorola or Nothing phones. They are better in terms of overall software. Hardware wise, they may not be better, but they can play good with software. They have better price to performance ratio.
S23 Ultra is still a very good phone .. Tips: For S23 ultra choose a normal case with little bit raised camera and screen protection ..don't buy spigen or branded case .. and get a local film membrane scratch guard .. this film protector is not compatible with spigen or branded cases..
For s25 ultra you will get flat screen..so no issues in getting perfect screen protector .. you will loose bluetooth spen .. you will get more features in software .. not that worthy upgrade but if you can afford go for it ..
According to me, it will not be right for you to upgrade because nowadays Samsung is having a lot of software issues. Along with this, their battery backup is also not good at all and their phones are also heating up a lot. Be it Samsung s25 ultra or s24 ultra or s23 ultra. All the phones have become useless now. They have ruined it completely through software. Never buy these phones from them, I am using their phone and regretting it a lot. Now I have bought a OnePlus device.
Just hold on your decision to upgrade s25 ultra, s23 ultra far better than s24 ultra and more valuable phone compared to s25u, keep your s23u for one more year, may be s26u will be preferable upgrade to s23 ultra
