Updating Time Zones

Solve the problem of updating time zones. It requires a restart.. New time zone definitions are available. The time zones will be updated the next time the phone is restarted. I did not 

find a solution to this problem, please help

Are you using a cdma Sim card ?

Sometimes it happens .
Try with airplane mode is on
