I am experiencing difficulty using the internet while on calls with my S24 Ultra after the recent update. I utilize two SIM cards, with SIM1 designated for calls and SIM2 for internet access. However, when I receive a call on SIM1, the internet connection on SIM2 ceases to function. I am also unable to enable the dual SIM standby feature. Could anyone offer assistance with this matter? If this issue stems from my end, that is acceptable. However, if not, it appears Samsung may be removing valuable features in the name of updates, potentially diminishing the user experience. For instance, in One UI 7.0, certain features, such as the long-press action on Dolby Atmos in the action panel, now redirect to a completely different screen instead of a pop-up, which is not ideal. Why is user convenience seemingly overlooked in software development? While improvements in smoothness are appreciated, the user-friendliness in certain areas appears to be declining. I am unsure why Samsung's software is becoming increasingly complex and less user-friendly in many aspects.

Turn on data switching from Sim settings. You can't use data on one sim while other sim is on call. What data switching does is that it automatically changes data sim to the sim you are on call with, so that you can use the internet. After the call ends, data sim switches back to the setting you've set.

I have already turned it on. See the point is i don't have any data left in sim1 which i am using for calls. I am using sim2 for internet purpose only. While talking calls on sim1 why sim2 internet is blocking?
Anyway thanks for your answer.

Same issue.. Even internet from wifi doesnt work.. I bet its to do with OneUI7 update. My charging port is also not working, there are severe lags after restarting phone for about 5 minutes..phone is unusable at that time :(

**bleep** that's bad. Better contact samsung service center. If you don't want to do that, try a factory reset and see if that helps.
