Unable to use JIO 5G on S21 Ultra

Hi everyone, I'm using s21 ultra 5g Canadian one with snapdragon processor in India

I am unable to use 5g in India,5g works in my area ans coverage is really good here 

Jio app doesn't recognize this as a 5g device any one knows how to make this work ?

Already on latest update 

One ui 5.1

I am facing the same issue I have S21 ultra 5G 512gb Variant brough it from Canada. I am able to get 5g from Airtel but not from Jio
