Unable to use JIO 5G on S21 Ultra

Hi everyone, I'm using s21 ultra 5g Canadian one with snapdragon processor in India
I am unable to use 5g in India,5g works in my area ans coverage is really good here 
Jio app doesn't recognize this as a 5g device any one knows how to make this work ?
Already on latest update 
One ui 5.1

Hi can u do one thing. Go in your jio app and then select mobile then go to recharge and find 5g recharge. Just. Do a recharge of 61rs. And restart your phone after that and then check if your network has started.

First factory reset your phone then when you are setting up your device choose Country/Region India.

I am pretty sure it will fix the problem you are facing right now.

Ps :- But before factory resetting call jio customer care and tell them that your are using 5g device but it showing that your device is not 5g ready. They might help you with the issue. And also don't forget to tell them that you bought your device from Canada
