Galaxy SI am pretty sure it will fix the problem you are facing right now.
Ps :- But before factory resetting call jio customer care and tell them that your are using 5g device but it showing that your device is not 5g ready. They might help you with the issue. And also don't forget to tell them that you bought your device from Canada
