Green line issue from software update

Dear Sir/madam, I am very worried since last one month regarding the green line appear on display from s21 ultra which came after the software update in Aug.24. I also contacted the samsung service center for this. Who told that it is chargeable. Because this problem occurred due to software updates.i am unable to pay any charges for this. Therefore,this solution should also be found by the samsung itself. Because we have been trusting the samsung and using it's products for years. Today we hope that the samsung will maintain it's trust by solving our problem. I always be grateful to the samsung for this

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
