Unable to Use Mobile Data while calling in S21 5G

After android 13 update the option to use mobile data during calls is not available in the settings.
I have dual sim setup. When mobile data is set to sim 1 and if I receive call on sim 2 then Truecaller doesn't work. Unable to watch any video or do any activity that requires internet connection. Because once I receive the call on sim 2 the data from sim 1 turns off but doesn't switch to sim 2 automatically. Have to wait for the call to disconnect or manually disconnect the call and then the internet connection comes back to sim 1.
And this happens vice-versa.
Tried the option data switching and backup calling but doesn't work.
Anyone faced this issue? Any solution?

If u r on Oneui4 then search for "keep mobile data on during call" in settings and keep it on. This option is mostly available in settings->connection.
