Unable to receive call

I am using S24 with a bsnl sim card. When my phone stays connected to my jio wifi for even a few hours, I am unable to receive any calls. It says "out of coverage area".

As soon as I turn off the wifi and use my mobile internet, I am able to receive calls.

If u r on wifi for long hours than u turn on wifi calling feature , if this setting solve u r issue plz let me know
