I am facing a serious network issue with my Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra
Everything was working fine—5G network, mobile data, and voice calls—until 12/08/2025. Since then, I have been experiencing the following problems:
Frequent network drops and total loss of signal
Unable to make or receive calls
Phone does not automatically switch between 5G and 4G
Even after converting my physical Jio SIM to eSIM, the issue persists
I tested the same Jio SIM in another phone, and it works perfectly—so the issue is not with the SIM card
I also tried using an Airtel physical SIM along with Jio esim, but it shows “Emergency Calls Only”
However, when connected to Wi-Fi with Wi-Fi Calling enabled, all calling functions work properly
Also done switch off, restart, network setting reset etc., till no use.
This clearly seems to be a handset-specific issue, possibly related to network compatibility or software glitches.
Please look into this urgently and advise on the next steps to resolve the issue. I rely heavily on this phone for daily communication, and the current situation is very disruptive.
