I have 2 original Samsung fast charging and super fast charging chargers, after the upgrade, the phone only charges at slow speed, no matter what I try..and it seems its a known error

I am following up with Samsung. A factory reset is not the way for a work phone, upgrades should be tested. I am a Samsung fan but this leaves me questioning the service..

Sooner or later they will require you to reset your phone. Or you try the other reset option like without erasing your data, maybe it will help.
