The latest Android 12 update broke my fast and super fast charging on my S20 + with original Samsung cables and new Samsung cables! Shame. Enough to make you want to shift OEM.
I am following up with Samsung. A factory reset is not the way for a work phone, upgrades should be tested. I am a Samsung fan but this leaves me questioning the service..
