Yesterday was as usual a normal day but suddenly after a few minutes my S8 got hanged and apart from power key nothing worked. after almost 5 minutes i switched off and then on the power key, the phone came to its normalcy. i don't have any idea what has happened.
some apps may have caused it. but if it goes to normal it may not happen again unless that app exhibits the same issue. you only need to identify which app has a problem
did you tried rebooting phone again. It's all about electronic device and only a few users might face this. please tag admin to your post, i am sure they can help you.
